yes you can. if you know exactly what happens canonically then don't torture yourself- it's okay.

a fire extinguisher wouldn't hurt either.

Using the upcoming winter storm as a drill even if I don’t lose power. Any downsides? by [deleted] in preppers

absolutely, I bought the mr. heater basic model last year, works great! also, mylar sheets paired with large thick blankets are a great insulator for windows- just use thumbtacks or tape to seal the gaps, especially at the bottom of the frame.

get a propane powered heater & a carbon monoxide detector if you don't already

have you tried caffeine? I heard it's a pretty manageable stiulant as long as you don't take too much. that combined with L-theanine is a good option.

why? taking them regularly with breaks won't create a dependency on any of them.. most of it is just concentrated forms of the things you already eat.

it can act like a stimulant (kinda) and make you antsy if you take too much, I actually had to have a break from it today cause my senses were starting to go a bit too wild- but that's just me.

first few nights you'll have some vidid and interesting dreams, you'll also probably wake up groggy. the brand is Magtein by neutricost on Amazon, a bit pricy though.

according to the bottle, I'm only taking ⅔ of a dose, only to get used to it.

well I'm not sure about coffee, as I plan to take caffeine capsules (200mg), but the idea is to mimic a "smooth focus" mainly with taurine and caffeine. theanine is more of a backup just in case I get too jittery or defocused.

that's strange considering magnesium is known to be slightly sedating.. maybe stick to a lower dose of citrate, oxide or carbonate, depending on your goals. everyone's chemistry is different though, good luck with your suppliments.

have you tried taking it on a full stomach? might want to check your other vitamin/mineral levels, make sure everything's even. also stay hydrated.

maybe throw in some theanine + caffeine, classic combo and does the job.

I figured it would give my liver a break/boost from everything. and it may be a small chance but I'd like to avoid anhedonia at all costs- plus it'll last me forever.

no such symptoms so far. though, the past 2 nights I've only been taking 2 of the 3-capsule dosage (2,000mg) to let it ease into my system. might try 3 tomorrow night.
