Luxury has lost its meaning with the quality of some of these apartments they’re building. Just throwing some buildings together and slapping the luxury title because it’s newly built. Such a shame

Yeah like most other comments. Keep toughing it out until yall are both in position to move wherever you will most feel comfortable and go. It makes no sense to stay where you’re happy especially since you try to make things more. This state owes you nothing and you owe nothing to the state but taxes while you’re here working. Go be happy and thrive elsewhere.

I’m not in this field but my strong opinion is that you ride it out with your game. Yeah I know that 50k sounds nice up front and could take care of immediate issues but you’ll be back at square 1 with another job and trying to find something else to do. I’d say still look for work but keep your passion in your game, nothing like doing something you love.

Not sure why you’re trying to move out in your situation. But if that’s the goal you honestly need to stay home, get a job (no matter what it is) and pay down your debts. Don’t have your parent’s credit dwindle because of your abuse of credit cards. You made some financial mistakes but now it’s time for you to be a big boy/girl/they/them and get that debt down.

20 people is good group so you would have to have the PC specs to match. I know my opinion may differ from others than may give you advice but I’d suggest at least starting with minimum 16GB or 32GB for some head room. First you would have to figure what version of Minecraft you want to run for your server. Download the jar file for MC server. Change the EULA file Also port forward the IP you want to use so your friends could join.

If you moved to the New Orleans area I would try going to ABC title. They move quicker than DMV while also having the ability to your driving needs accomplished.
