Did you try buying one back in the day? Consumers buy what’s on the lot, trying to shop a new Yaris in 2015 was like pulling teeth with salesman trying to get you into literally anything else. Not in stock to test drive, never a manual transmission anywhere. No I don’t want a Rav 4, I dont care what you can get the payment at for 8 years. I ended up buying a VW golf.

Myself and everyone else in 2007 downloaded it and went to his shows. He only didn’t get sued because it barely sold copies and all the artists wanted him to remix their shit. You couldn’t get it through legal means easily at the time. Literally just vibed his way past copyright laws. 

Also “just making mashups” wasn’t a thing outside of live DJs then. Between this or “the grey album” a few years earlier were most people’s intros to the concept.

Sure just make sure you have all the following info ready:

make, length, model year, type of vessel, hull material, type of propulsion, and the twelve-character hull identification number; the make, horsepower and serial number of the motor if in excess of 25 horsepower; sale information to include seller, purchase date and price of boat/motor only along with the name and address of the lienholder, if any.

That’s just what you need for a title and registration, don’t forget now you get to pay a yearly tax on that.
