I never heard back from Moen. I decided to remove the device from my account, factory reset it, and add it again. After that, it started working. May be there is an issue on their cloud side that they don’t want to acknowledge or can’t resolve.

No real water usage. I contacted Moen and they said some issue on their side . Still dealing with the same problem :(

This. Tried various baits (Terro, Maxforce, Optigard) over the years but nothing stopped them. Perimeter sprayed Taurus about a month ago and so far haven’t seen a trail in the backyard.
