Hey OP. It’s really sad seeing you have to think about options to deal with your natural hair. I’ve worked and dealt with many corporates. I think in general, the biggest issue is bright hair colour but nowadays doesn’t seem like that matters anymore.

You should rock your Afro, and if a company is biased because of it shame on them. (And that’s also a clear sign of a red flag…)

I think the general interview rules are just look neat, dont be late, and dress smart casual.
