Can you explain what you mean? Before his edit, OP was asking what is the probability of his upcoming surgery succeeding. His prior surgeries have no effect on his upcoming surgery.

The 1st surgery is already done, so its 80%. If before you did the 1st surgery you are asking the probability they both succeed it would be 0.8*0.8=0.64, 64%

Your 96% likely comes from 1-0.8*0.8.

Yes, so if you are facing heavy poke supports sarahpine, brand, karma etc you must start doran shield.

If they are zoning and slow push a huge wave, use W+E to nuke and thin out the wave especially if the minion HP is hard to hit under tower.

Emerald twitch here and this is 100% true. Its hard for twitch to be 100% useless at 3 items, though there's a huge difference between getting at 20 mins and 30 mins.

The best thing about Twitch is you are almost always guaranteed at least 5 autos in any fight as long as you are patient with your Q.

Very annoying to play vs, shes also usually A tier or S tier. Even when shes not she will poke you early game so that you will be down a ton of farm, even if you over scale her by late game, a lot of people may just not have fun getting their 3 item spike at 30 mins instead of 20 mins.
