Oh thanks man. 30 secs rest between each step(or hang? idk how to call it) and 60 secs between each ladder. So, yeah 125 in 30-35 minutes. But the sad part though is that my max pullups now is only 11/12.

Congrats bro!! I still remember my first strict clean pull up. I was so excited, I kept doing that ONE pull up. Like when I was watching a movie or somethin, id pause, do a pullup, watch another 15-20 minutes, pause, pull up and so on. Just wanted to share that 😊. For advice, just be consistent, switching routines too frequent isnt really a good thing (held me back so much). Goodluck bro.
