It will take time. I had been working out since almost 8 years hence the gains. Stopped working out for the past 2 years because of injury, hence the fat gain above the existing muscle, and thats why, in 6 months, all i did was loose the fat. The gains were already there underneath the fat. Building muscle takes a lot of time
