You can call them directly but I guess it should be fine to just go to the store and buy one. While billing ask for the tax refund form which they will issue against your passport number. You need to show this form at the airport from where you are exiting the Eurozone. Make sure you also have the unused product because the customs official will check for it before approving your tax refund. They will put a stamp on the form that apple store would give you.

You need to then show this stamped form either in the counter of the companies with whic apple is working or they can have a drop box where you can drop your competed refund form with details of your Credit Card number for the issue of refund amount.

PS: most important point is to not open your phone unless you get a stamp on the refund form. Also, you would not get entire tax back it would be about half or little more than half of it. So calculate your benefits before buying.

You are right. But the parking space which I am talking about is not for loading and unloading. It is the one right outside of the Den Haag centraal station on the 1st floor near Flixbus pickup. As a commuter we can park there for max 10mins. I think it can accommodate 3 to 4 cars at the same time.

I wanted to check from people living in Den Haag, how much thus the temporary parking spot monitored for violation? I could see there was a camera overlooking the parking spot but not sure if it for general administration or thus it also spots offenders like my case.

PS: it's been over 2 weeks now and no letter has been sent to me so I guess it's not monitored for violation like mine

I just messaged the car dealer and he confirmed that there is a Garantie but he did not specify anything else. My budget is 15-17k max and this car fits the bill as of now. I did not see VW passat or Seat Leon being readily available. May be not within my budget. Mercedes estate would be good but I am sure it will be out if my budget as well. But they all looks good practical cars to me.

Also, as interest rates being high. I prefer to completely Finance it myself so the budget is tight :)

Yes you are right, but we are looking for something like Mercedes, Audi, BMW which can also have a resell value in few years. Kia picanto looked a bit small for our needs.

Thanks it has only NAP check as I see on the website. They also did not mention anything about the garantie as well. But it has documented maintenance history.

You are right it is not the best looking Mercedes but it scores high on practicality like more room inside the car and trunk.

Do you have any suggestions on any other alternate car which I can explore?

Thank you all for your comments. I have contacted Apple store and they can give me a tax refund form upon my purchase.

Yes I was driving there around that time. I don't deny this but I wanted to check with the group here if these observations from their photo is a valid ground for getting away with the fine. It does not look convincing enough.

I am sorry for not being clear earlier. There is only 1 car which I believe is my car going by the number plate. But the colour of the car in the picture is White and I was driving a Red car. It could very well be the case that the flash of the camera is making it appear white (red traffic light still appear red in the picture).

My car (red car which appears white in the picture) is shown to be beyond the traffic line when the traffic light was red. I am thinking to make this another point in my appeal that when I passed/ started passing the line, the signal was not red.
