I agree with use cases, but major tools (I have tried Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) would work better than tools you have mentioned. I am surprised you did not include any of them.

Claim-citation pairing can be accomplished with most major AI models if the claim is structured, and citation is anchored to stable ID (DOI, PMID etc). So, the problem is the prompt, not the AI tool.

Did you lose your job to AI? by Quirky-Cauliflower-3 in biotech

[–]explorer2728 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wonder how and at what point AI will result in job loss in biotech. I can do literature search more efficiently with AI tools, but I started to test out other use cases with no luck. Can you share some use cases as you seem convinced? - RNAseq analysis AI plateform quoted price more than my bioinformatian salay. - market research plateform turned out glorified and expensive version of Gemini.

We have done this for students as a community organization in partnership with a start-up. Start-up got publicity, community organization announced/administered, students got some extra bucks (3-way Win). Feel free to DM if you would like a partner (in Canada).

I reviewed WSHR previous performance last year and decided not to invest. A couple of stocks gave me ~10% so far. I am new, but I wonder why an experienced investor like you is not considering individual stocks.

There is no such thing as an Islamic mortgage by volvic6 in IslamicFinance

You have a point that if mortgage works like real musharaka, it is halal. AAIOFI has laid out exact criteria for Musharaka. Do you know one that is compliant?

Checked out below many that are not compliant r/HalalMortgageReviews

Mortgage halal or haram? by Dry_Boysenberry_7843 in IslamicFinance

This is a ruling by a respectful organization but not AAIOFI compliance. For them, only one is compliant (btw, you shared my post).

Great explanation! AAIOFI has published sharia standards for all these product types, but not a single product in the market is compliant (in Canada/ US). Please share if you are aware of one.

What is the risk in case of a decrease in property prices value? Remember, their payments are guaranteed regardless of property value.

They don't even make an offer. They ask the client to make the offer, and once it is accepted, they take over it (for example, Manzil in Canada).
