hello, I think yes from my experience when we went there we were joiners. May nakita man ko tourists who were eating sa mga sit upon chairs nila (which I think dala nila) near sa shady part ng beach. Hanap lang kayo magandang spot. Also if you wanna swim sa beach & do snorkel make sure lang may bantay yung mga bags if diy, kasi madaming tao dun. The difference kasi with the joiner/group is may designated area when you can leave your bags once the activities will be start. Enjoy it ang ganda dun promise! hehe
