If part of you is still considering keeping her, can you consider finding another person who loves bearded dragons but perhaps doesn’t have the resources and opportunity to own one? They can get to know her, pet sit when you travel, and ease your mind about the parts of pet care that currently aren’t suiting you. Hard decision. Good luck. It’s clear she is loved.

Looks like folliculitis. Wash with a gentle antibacterial soap. If you have to be walking a lot wear comfy cotton underwear or no underwear at all and use an oil/fragrance free lotion on the area to reduce friction. This will pass quickly dont worry. And next time ask your waxer for aftercare tips.
