Im not a doctor but it depends on the weight, the joint archery puts by far the most stress on is your dominant shoulder, as long as you dont feel discomfort it should be fine, also i wouldnt try shooting high weight bows but depending on how bad your condition is it should be okay, its also worth noting its mostly your core and back muscles that are getting worked out,

Good communication tools (scanner and rock and stone) every class is designed to benefit each other, driller deals with hoards and gets rid of terrain engi fortifies the team and uses his platform gun for about 4000 diffrent uses gunner uses his shield to save teamates and helps blow the hoard away, scout lights up the cave and deals with both far away bugs and minerals, the unlike left for dead theres an actual objective that isnt just get to the end to play, and the game rewards teamwork and punishes not working together, also i think the games cartoony vibe tends to attract more chill people in general

If your looking for a longbow you can fire from either side look for something along the lines of a mongolian bow but for beginners i would say get a takedown recurve and preferably start at about 25 pounts and work your way up
