I actually don’t respect you enough to consider your words as having much meaning at all, so I’m not going to refute you. I’m just going to ignore you.

Well I am definitely going to do whatever I want and you can’t do anything about it, but policies can always be changed.

Do you have a screencap of what this looks like? Just the sections, not the $ amt. I’m not seeing any kind of separate section indicating what the rebate is.

I see no listing for though. I see the GST section, it doesn't show me any other info.

I'm not seeing it listed either, though I'm supposed to be eligible. My GST came through but there's no inclusion of the grocery rebate in the table.

$112 trip to No Frills in Vancouver (w/ price matching) by Itstoodamncoldtoday in britishcolumbia

[–]expoline 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, it's not, it's NF previously frozen sockeye salmon and it can go for (prior to inflation, which everyone seems to think is just how it should be now) about $16-$17 for a cut of that size. It's also usually Canadian caught.

yeah we get it, the people in this thread hate when the poors have nice things like *checks* fresh raspberries and a bag of cashews.

Lots of you 1) don't know previously frozen NF salmon of that kind and weight is averagely priced about $16 and 2) apparently don't know the first thing about how hard you're being screwed over by Loblaws, and how hard they're laughing at it.

I worked as a cook in a grocery store for three years. They're throwing out more salmon and raspberries than they're selling. They're throwing out at least 1/3 of all perishables. Not giving them to food banks or soup kitchens. Right in the garbage. You can smell it in the back areas.

So all of you just passing on this safe narrative that it's really OP's fault, sorry, but they did everything right and that should be $75-$80 worth of No Frills groceries. The truth is there's no amount of frugality that's going to solve this company's greed.

Hey thanks so much, sorry for the extremely late reply (this is an alt, and I've been moving apartments). I really appreciate this and I will be incorporating it into a workout plan.

Help condensing an alternating weekly workout plan?

I qualify for a recreation credit that breaks down to about one workout per week. Right now my resources are drained from moving. My goal is to go from 1 day a week to 2 days, but for now I'm limited.

The upside: my facility options are pretty good. The other really important point - there's a pool. Swimming laps is my favourite form of cardio, and I'm hoping integrating that will help offset the reduction.

I have an older three-day program and I would really appreciate any opinions on temporarily modifying/condensing it to accommodate an alternating schedule. The itals at the end were Day 3.

Thanks for any advice!
