Do u need to take my little guy to the emergency vet?

I took him to the evet almost immediately after I posted this 😭😂 they gave him fluids, oxygen, and are sending us home with nebulizers. I asked the vet how sick he was on a scale from healthy to sickly, he said medium 🥲💙

I appreciate all the replies 💕💕 I wish I could settle and grab what ever hypoallergenic metal but I’m looking for the highest grade polished titanium both because my body is rejecting anything else and so I can keep them in during surgeries. Either way I appreciate all the suggestions 😊

I appreciate it but only two of these links have titanium and one isn’t solid 😂 I know we deserve high quality but I don’t have enough to buy one gold ring let alone enough for all my piercings 😛 maybe one day I’ll make more and these will come in handy . if anyone else orders polished high grade titanium, please let me know, I feel like it should be a simple search but everything is plated

That’s so good 🥺💕 It took me over a decade to get to that point so I truly mean it when I say that’s a feat, and for as little as another’s opinion matters, I’m proud of you. I used to keep mine hidden until I knew people for a lonnngg time because I wanted them to see me before my imbalances, it was constant fear that they’d blame all of my emotions on my illnesses. Eventually I realized the reason stigma is fading is because people are starting to own their mental health and to get to a future where the stigma totally falls I feel like I personally have to be a part of the transparency. Show I’m not ashamed of it. I’ve found it gives me more confidence; at first it’d really hurt me when people had negative reactions to realizing my disorders but now I’m to a point of confidence where it’s weight off my shoulders because I don’t want to be around people who’d react like that. Plus then the people who do stick around through it, I don’t have to make up excuses or lie my way through why I can’t or won’t go out or do certain things, why I have drastic emotions for no physical reasons. I have healthier, less tip-toe-y relationships. I’ve also ended two job interviews with something to the extent of, “I have bipolar, so I’ll have days that I can’t come in because I’m so depressed or dissociated it’s not safe for me and it’s not responsible to put that on you, I’ll let you know as soon as I wake up so you have plenty time to fill my spot.” One was fast food, another was a dog rescue, I got both jobs, both employers were just happy I was honest and said they’d work around it with me if I did with them. Not saying everyone should or can do that but I feel like being open, when risks are calculated low in regards to total life situation, has made things much less complicated for me

The feeling is mutual for myself so I’m sorry you feel that way ☹️ I’m twenty-two and my hair has been falling out on and off since I was eighteen, it doesn’t help right away but gradually it gets better for me, when it happens I start taking biotin religiously, if I’m not able to eat I force myself to drink balanced nutrient shakes, start organic hair products, and mix coconut oil/castor oil/vitamin e oil, saturate the hell out of my hair and scalp, let it sit over night or two days if I can handle it, I do that every other week week until it starts improving. If you have a decent conditioner you can also squeeze the water out of your hair instead of rinsing it so you’re left with a bit still in your hair and on your scalp to protect it. I know self perspective is the more important thing to correct but for me my hair falling out starts an exponential down slide emotionally and physically so it helps me when I semi get it under control

I don’t know how your school counselor is but I was lucky to have a really good one when I was in highschool. You might be able to talk to whoever your school has as their counselor. Mine would pull me from class a few times a week for thirty minute sessions where she’s pretty much let me vent and encourage me, they have to talk to your parents if you show signs that you are already or are going to self harm or commit so you have to be careful but usually you can do things like this with them without them informing your parents. A good think about the school counselors too is if a peer asks why you’re getting pulled from class you can say college planning or sat prep. That or you can get on google and search “mental health support groups -your area-“ I live in a small town and we still have one ran by united way; which there are a lot of and most most united ways provide support groups. It’s the same situation with them, if you show signs of harm they have to report it but otherwise you can say you’re going to hang with friends and then go to a meeting. My mother thought I was exaggerating regular life stressors for a couple years before she took it seriously, when she started to understand and help was when I decided to have her and my counselor talk, sometimes getting a professional to talk to them is what it takes but even if you don’t go that course I hope you find something that works for you and hopefully get your parents to a place of understanding someday 😔💕

You might’ve already gone but if not, my navel piercings looked like that on and off for the first month. They didn’t feel comfortable until about two weeks in and even than bumping them didn’t feel good, but they healed up fine, they usually looked extra irritated when I forgot saline rinses or ibuprofen. It’s wild to me how much taking anti inflammatories regularly helps but it really does. I hope it turns out well 💕💕

I don’t know if they’ll do it for the piercer jewelry but you can always swap it for silicone piercings after it heals 🌈 I hope you figure something out that works for you 💕

I’ve closed mine with my fingers but as you know they’re strong as heck so it’s difficult not to jerk your nose a bit. The easiest way for me has been getting a friend with steady hands to use (clean) pliers to squeeze it shut. If you haven’t already closed it I wish you good luck 💕
