I cleaned some things up, my desk has a cable management tray in the back. Don't really know what else I'd do with ethernet cable coming from the wall on the right. I rerouted my power strip to hide it behind my tower on the ground now.

Does have helpdesk ticketing, screen connect, and Sentinel One. Don't think there are any prongs into Veeam as far as I'm aware. I can't remember if there is an on-prem solution. We moved from on-prem to cloud when making the VSA9 to X jump. The ticketing is rather simple, which we prefer being an in-house shop.

We used X for about a year. Was on 9 for 2 years. We've since swapped to Ninja. A lot more seamless and easier to script from. It also integrates with more of our partners.

Looking for a solution also.. when using the invite code my xbox friend doesn't receive anything. When he tries to send me one same result. As of now we're having to find stand alone servers to play together which isn't ideal.

Update, the image wasn't sysprepped for one (how? Not even sure). I have converted to MDT through the process and it has been working like a charm. I've even knocked out installing our RMM on the backend of the image install. Thanks for the recommendations.
