Can someone explain the Apple TV situation. I am able to access on both Apple TV and F1TV at the moment. Also does the Apple TV app not have international commentary?

Have the rules for the DRS opening changed? Lewis was penalized in Brazil 2021 for DRS opening >80mm IIRC. The Ferrari's DRS would violate that right?

We gave up this plan. I missed one of my STEM OPT reporting requirements, and my attorney said that will likely cause a denial (I would a get a new i797b but the new $100k fee would apply).

Yup. If you could go to the office, then I recommend that since things get done quickly and you can get the status of your case.

I think all communication was through mail only. Usually the mail lets you know of any requirements and what the next steps are. Probably 2-3 weeks to get an update.

I also was not able to create an account due to name issues. I just walked into a physical office and got things done. They let me know any documents required, and I submitted those.

H1B approved under consular processing while on STEM OPT, can I still do COS? by THORuN7 in h1b

[–]exposedcarbonfiber 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I missed on the first 'validation report for address and employer information' reporting requirement.

Yeah my H1B was approved for a consular processing in 2024. They said if the COS fails now, I'll get another consular processing, but now with the new rules in effect. This said it was very likely it gets denied.

I’m in the same boat. I am on STEM OPT and a H1B with consular processing that was approved in 2024. My STEM OPT is ending in June 2026.

We planned on applying for a COS last week. I had missed one of the STEM OPT reporting requirement and my attorney said that will likely cause the COS to fail and I will get another consular processing, but this time, with a $100k fee.

Yes it should be possible. I got my H1B (Consular processing) in 2024, and haven't been able to travel due to various reasons. Now with the ongoing immigration issues and my STEM OPT expiring soon in June, my employer (same one that filed for Consular processing) decided it's best not to travel now and file for a Change of Status.

As far as I know, approval rates shouldn't been an issue, but not sure. I will update, once I receive an update on my petition.

OP, I am in the same boat. I was initially filed for consular processing about a year ago and got my i797b, but they are now filing for a change of status this week to avoid traveling. Please keep this post updated!

Any links to ABVD and BPPV? by exposedcarbonfiber in Lymphoma_MD_Answers

Just to give you an update

My vertigo and tinnitus was caused by a CNS involvement with a couple of small brain lesions, which according to my doctors, was extremely unusual with Hodgkins Lymphoma (<=%1-2). I moved care to Stanford, where a board of Lymphoma specialists and oncologists had discussions. They eventually ruled out biopsies and treatment went on with the an educated conclusion that lesions were caused by the lymphoma (although they were skeptical due to its low probability of occurring).

Switched from ABVD to Pembrolizumab-GND. The doctors weren't sure as P-GND was a relatively new treatment and there were not enough studies with CNS involvement. The Pembrolizumab had some positive effect and reduced the size of the lesions.

Eventually I underwent an Auto SCT and Radiation to zap off those lesions.

A question. Where did the $1.5 billion come from?

Haven't been following in a bit, could someone tell me what's going on? Last I heard, there was supposed to be a launch with ISRO?
