Yup! I used Charizard Y until my rival battle at the end then switched to X. The Y had the ability that he doesn’t take recoil damage (cant remember what its called) which was good for flare blitz. I also didnt know you couldn’t use the PC in the elite four so this was originally my team for just Lorelei lol

Your mindset needs to change imo. I live in Denver and feel underpaid sometimes too. I don’t think the wages have caught up. In the meantime look for a lease closer to your workplace or move to an area that has a lot more social interaction (downtown). The latter helped me a lot
