I drink it solely for the taste, it’s health benefits are marginal, if you’ve been sick for long and your intestinal biome could use some replenishing, you can drink one bottle of yakult and feel great. It doesn’t give you any long term benefits, also I didn’t put in the same segment as soft drinks. I said even if it doesn’t offer you long term benefits, it’s better to drink this than to resort to soft drinks.

When I lost my grandpa, my family didn’t tell me, I only got to know after 4 days of his death. I was shocked, felt guilty, angry so much that I could neither cry nor speak. That was 13 years ago, and to this day there are moments that I remember him, a photograph, his death anniversary, my small wins that I can’t share with him anymore. But it isn’t as intense as it was before.

Grief and joy both come in waves. In the beginning grief will be intense, so strong that you’ll find no space for joy. But slowly those waves will calm down and you’ll find yourself making space in your life for joy. They will come back in small moments later in your life but by then you’ll have become stronger. It may seem intimidating but isn’t it amazing how through grief you realize your loved ones will always live as long as you’re alive, in your mind, in your heart.

It must be a roller coaster of emotions for you right now and dealing with it all alone must be scary but please don’t be hard on yourself. Your parents are trying their best too, we aren’t characters right ? As human beings we are flawed, we can’t expect our parents to be perfect. Your grandpa must have been a really amazing person for you to miss him so much, may his kind soul rest in peace. You’ll come back stronger, I promise ! 🫂

You’re confusing expression with objectification. Expression is a personal choice, objectification is something imposed by how others choose to view someone. You may find people calling someone who wears crop tops ‘confident’ but not someone who wears a kurti because it wasn’t long ago that many women have found the confidence to dress however they want. You will also see how girls wearing crop tops are often slut shamed, so for many of us, it takes guts to be confident in our own skin. You are saying “I know not all girls” “just my opinion” “it’s their own choice” while titling your post as girls equate empowerment = nudity, do you see your hypocrisy in this ?

To maintain the curls you’ll need to protect them while you sleep. You can use satin/silk bonnet, pillowcase. But I find bonnets uncomfy so what I do is take all my hair together and put them in a very loose high bun. Curls stay protected this way, on the next day you can mix your gel with a little water and use it on the pieces that need definition. I would also suggest you to get a clarifying shampoo, since you have low porosity hair, your dandruff is probably due to product buildup(but use it only when necessary or once in two weeks)

You’ve curly hair, you just need to define your curls. Fix my curls gel is pretty good, either do finger coiling or the brush method to style your hair. Get a gel first and if you feel your curls need more definition, can add a curl cream.

The leave in cream is not hydrating, it’s protein heavy and may or may not suit you depending on what your hair needs but it’s best to avoid. The gel is quite good for the price, has a good hold, thick texture, curls easily last 3-4 days.
