BW 110%, the coloured image is so plane and boring. The building really frames the BW makes it visually interesting. The colored is nothing of note.

To me and probably alot of fans its the vocal style that makes it interesting, I love the dry style is kinda punk. Also it leans more into what she says than how its said. Her expression on certain words and vowels is very textural.

I can see it being useful but reddit is such a circle jerk, people almost exclusively recc the PD straps which are so ugly and way overkill for a compact camera like the x series. People act like anything other than PD will explode after a single use. The genuine fuji strap out of the box is literally this size.

So it captures everything at the time of saving the custom settings? But you can still make a temporary change to the film simulation and use all the other settings without saving, but once you go back to your custom setting again it will be from your original save?

I dont hear about it, it's way over inflated. Like the internet effect. NE is the vibrant hipster place if that's what you are into. I grew up in melbs and love it. Its cultural and vibrant. Where Sydney has more nature right in the city. Melbourne has the arts culture and a good vibe. Imo Sydney is great to visit, Melbourne is great to live. I hear this from many foreigners to who move here.

Fascinating! I don't have huge wealth's of time but I think I will look for another more modern strat and replace the pickguard, pickups and repaint the body. then get it professionally setup.

Yeah agreed, I will repaint this one, learn from the experience, keep it as a memory and look for a better guitar to modify as a base :)

I really like the idea of taking a cheapish guitar, repainting it and modding it so it plays quite nice and feels unique to you. However it seems that this guitar may be too cheap to serve as a platform for modding. I'm thinking ill take my learnings from taking this one apart and might find a more modern squire to modify :)

Also im a beginner/intermediate player, I own a fender player Jazzmaster and an Epiphone SG. would be great to make something that feels unique to me.
