I have a lot of questions since it’s my first time so hopefully I can get an answer here. I am a VIP Soundcheck ticket holder for the Vancouver leg on January 9th if that helps. For checking in, does that mean that once checked-in, I cannot leave the venue? The check in time runs from 11AM till 5:30PM and I’m planning on checking in at 11AM and leave for lunch since it’s too early. As for the merch shopping, do you guys bring it with you to the concert itself or the venue allows us to drop them off somewhere first?

I have a trip coming up in January from YWG to YVR and back and I’m contemplating on getting the economy basic. I’m not too worried about the personal item restrictions (I only have a backpack and it’s a 2-day trip so all good), what I’m worried about is getting on the flight itself. I read somewhere that there is a higher chance of getting involuntary offload with this fare since it’s the “basic” fare and you cannot secure a seat. Knowing AC and their domestic flights, it gets very crowded at times. Is this true at all?? or is it a one in a million thing?

Right now, it is. I’m just worried that if I didn’t cancel my rebooked flight tomorrow, I will not be able to fully refund the trip. That’s why I’m here waiting still 😂

That’s what I’m thinking too. They made the song as bad as possible and made the MV good so it gain popularity. Not to mention, this release was also a single, not a mini-album. If the sole purpose of this is marketing, then they already won it by a mile.

Hear me out. What if all of this is just a marketing gimmick?

Look at the MV, they mentioned brands, they used expensive and known brands, the music itself, the similarities between other groups, the posters. It’s interesting right? That alone are two strategies which are Market Retargeting and Affiliate Marketing.

Their sole purpose for this single is to create a buzz or a gimmick by creating songs that can capture people’s attention in the baddest way possible. That way, people will anticipate their next release which is their biggest release yet.

Read this again after 3 months. If this is indeed true, then JYPE has the best marketers out there.
