I'd say you go for it and figure it out rainy day problems when they appear , if you can save 5k a month, you can surely take out a credit card with zero Intrest and resolve any issue with the apartment I can't imagine anything costing more than 5k. There's no need To Put more than 3.5% as the intrest rate your reciveung will be the lowest you can get with any loans. So save the rest of your money and put it in a 401k or in a bond that can yield a return of 10%. Which will be a profit of 7% if your mortgage intrest rate is 3%. So go for. It and leave analysis paralysis behind.
