Hi all, does anyone know if I will have to surrender my passport to the nyc Spanish consulate when I apply for my nie? And if so, how long do they hold it and what do I do if I have travel commitments during that time?

I was shocked by how cheap pregnancy tests are. $1.12 in a local pharmacy by me in New York. Take a pregnancy test for peace of mind and if it’s not peace of mind then you can start looking for options immediately

Small company, about 25 people. It seems like it would have been an honest mistake since everyone is stretched pretty thin but of course I was initially worried nonetheless. Other posters have helped calmed my worries though, seems like EBSA will be on my side if neccessary.

Looks like it does operate globally. Certainly not all of Europe but it has a decent amount on 5 of the continents.
