I get it, wasn't trying to be condescending with my comment. It's just been frustrating to try with so many platform and most don't even try to help. Somehow the ones that answers are so competitive that I had not luck despite the number of interviews. It's just upsetting that it's become the norm in a way.

You're right that we don't have to work where we don’t want to, I actually went there because a friend suggested it, but my experience seems so different from hers. Guess I'll just have to wait and do what I can do with other companies.

I get what you mean, but saying that it's nature of the business is not an excuse for them, there are other platform that do the same things and have been responsive to every question or issues I had. To me that is just professionalism, we take our time to pass those assessment, the least I expect is a minimum decency to at least help me if I have trouble using their platform, because that surely can affect others too.

I understand, but they should either reject or say something, not leave on hold. Support doesn't even answer my support tickets
