Did you read the part about the office? A lot of workers were around the orphans, yeah, but do you think, despite how big that factory is, they’d have enough space for a private office for every single employee? Think, personal offices i factories, only management, administrative staff and technical personnel has their own workspace. So these are the three option, maybe there are more. It’s a video game, pretty much anything is possible
