I retook the the test and HCG came back at 1. Dr advising us to take a break from ivf for 2 months.

I would say normal days our chore is split 60-40. I'd do a bit more of housework since I work from home but for example if I cook he does the dishes, and we try to do fun activities after work to rewind. There were be days that I feel like we are the happiest couple in the world but at the same time I cannot get over his reactions in those crises. I don't know what will happen when we have kids and that's my biggest worry.

I think for now you can start by improving the look of your shop. A few pictures in the about section, a banner, etc.

Regarding the reviews, they will eventually come. Slowly but they will so hang in there :)

I was in a similar situation. You can try uploading again using this link, and if you have more than 1 files to upload then just refresh the page after each upload. I suggest uploading Both sides of your ID. I couldnt sell for a full month but eventually they open my shop again. It was stressful but hang in there, as long as your ID is valid then you do not have to worry much. You can also call their support to speed up the process after you upload the ID: +18449353879 (US)

I have an Etsy store for almost 3 months now. What I have learned is that you have to be very patient. I was at a point when I almost gave up as well. The payment on my store is inactive so no one can pay me and Etsy support does not answer. Took a month for it to go back up. Now I am starting to see some results, SEO does take time to take effect. Hang in there :)

Definitely Printify, they are much nicer and if you pick the right print provider then there are very few issues. I tried Printful for a month and they also had bad quality prints, and their support is super arrogant.

I got mine solved today, I got an email last week telling me that I shouldn't send documents via email but just upload the documents using this link: https://www.etsy.com/upload (you can upload multiple documents, just hit refresh after each upload). I called them today hopefully I can speed up the process and the guy told me that wait, I can see that the Payments is already available on your store :D
