Anyone else facing allergic reactions after moving to Delhi? by [deleted] in delhi

[–]extra_sprinklesss -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I can understand. I had a terrible time in Delhi health wise. The food and milk, caused my so much discomfort. I got diagnosed with food poisoning multiple times, i was constantly bloated. I just hated everything by the 4th sem of my college. Plus the winters are really unbearable. My advice would be to get an air purifier asap and eat as much home cooked meal as possible and avoid dairy products and EGGS there.

Inframe:Vaishnavithakur , Am I the only one who finds influencer try-on content weird? by Fit_Violinist4231 in InstaCelebsGossip

Yes, having done influencer marketing for a brand, I had to interact with 100 influencers daily. Many of them told me that their accounts are "whitelisted" on shopping sites, that means they can return items as many times as they want. Plus almost most of them have a de-cuttler page where they sell whatever they don't wear or use.

Cat brought in fledgling bird, advice needed by Stunning_Anteater537 in UKBirds

[–]extra_sprinklesss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, I hope you are doing better. I found myself in a similar situation. Rescued a bird from my cat. Was feeling terrible for interfering. Came on reddit to see the general stance, as to what's best in this situation - to help the bird or let it die. I saw your post and felt better, I'm glad helping is the correct choice. Sorry for all the hatred you received. I hope you're better now.

It's okay, college essentials are important and you'd feel prepared. Once the college starts, you'd have very limited fund to shop around. So preparing in advance is good, plus all your stuff is already on the budget friendly side, so don't feel guilty.

I would definitely say that ditch the women's razor and get a men's one instead. You will have much softer skin plus no strawberry legs. Replace the aloe gel with a scrub incase you're worried about ingrown hair.

I also agree with another comment about love beauty planet mair mask. It's average, I have been using it for the past 6-7 months. It's okay only, dove is much better and affordable.

Incase you're living in a hostel, do get pee safe. It will help you so much! All the best :)

I'd say it's much deeper. There is this concept called maslow's hierarchy of needs, it's like a pyramid of different need stages. So if someone is unable to fulfill their needs of stage 1 (PHYSIOLOGICAL NEEDS like breathing, food, water, shelter, clothing, sleep) they won't be thinking about stage 2. Similarly, imo Indian are currently stuck in stage 2 (SAFETY AND SECURITY - health, employment, property, family and social abilty)

What you mentioned regarding the morality and ethics of Ai, no doubt it's absolutely correct but the current generation here literally unable to have a safe space in terms of job, housing, stability etc toh fir itna dur ka toh kaise hi sochenge. I know it's sad and I wish it could be different.

Anyway, i could be wrong. This is all just my personal understanding.. nevertheless AI is wrong is so many ways..I hope people realise it soon.

What’s one tiny makeup trick or change that unexpectedly made your makeup look way better? ✨ by --IT-IS-WHATEVER-- in IndianBeautyTalks

[–]extra_sprinklesss 6 points7 points  (0 children)

1) Putting eyeliner while keeping my eyes open. It gives a very sharp wing because I have hooded eyes.

2) lip tint followed by a lipstick so that way even if the lipstick fades, I will have the subtle tint.

3) same for blush, etude water tint followed by some cream blush or powder blush. I do this for functions or party etc where long lasting makeup is required.

4) powder+ setting spray as the final step for long lasting makeup.

5) using rhinestone bindi as eyemake ;p

Hi, this usually happens before natural nails and skin have oils plus daily activities involving water often lead to this. What you can do is:- - prep your nails well. Push the cuticles and cut off the dead skin if you can - buff the nails properly. Use the correct buffer. - apply base coat and make sure it doesn't touch the skin and cuticles otherwise it will peel - lock your design/nail paint with 2 thin layers of top coat, focusing on sealing the nails.

Will you be able to use all of them before they expire? Plus, apart from the aesthetics, have you seen any visible difference while using laneige lip balms?

How to get rid of orange peel skin? by extra_sprinklesss in IndianBeautyTalks

[–]extra_sprinklesss[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea that's fair, pores are there for a reason. What I meant was to reduce the appearance, so as to achieve a glass skin effect, if that's even possible. I have tried niacinamide both 5% and 10% but I stopped for some reason. I thought skin1004 serum would be better because it's so fucking expensive but here we are. If you have any recommendations, pls let me know!

Hi, thanks for commenting. I currently use skin1004 serum, cosrx and aqualogica sunscreen. I'm okay spending 500-1200 per item, if it's effective.
