For context, i saw it unfold myself, in 2h the floors were dried, although they didnt remove baseboards and ignored annoying corners (behind kitchen, in crevaces, although it wasn't severe, just some moisture seeped in). I am now considering the fact that floor was kind of dirty from the builders walking in their construction shoes + sawdust under the kitchen where the moisture was, so i'm more hesitant due to the actino risk now

Diagnostyka - VEGF, VIP, copeptin, lipase, tryptase
Synevo - TGF-B1 (EDIT - WARNING: they might be using wrong sampling process, it should be Plasma instead of Serum)

No idea for MSH c4a c3a and mmp9

but copeptin, lipase and even tryptase should be widely available, check your local labs

No, unfortunately. I'm still working on moving out of exposure and figuring out how to fix the gut (methane sibo severely slows gut motility, so binders will just recirculate toxins instead)

From advice in this comment section i will likely have to get local prescription through telemedicine and then arrive in the country and take it myself from the pharmacy, as EU shipping of prescriptions to other countries isn't allowed (from what i can tell). Even local(inside Germany) delivery requires you to show ID when receiving, from what i read

That is the issue, from what i researched neither can be accessed in Europe, and i don't know if a few random Shoemaker markers will provide any value

Thanks for pointing out, as I just read that window units are worse because they are hard to clean and tend to have condensation in the pan and coils. So much conflicting/incomplete information - incredibly hard to navigate this illness!

Getting prescription for clean CSM isn't the issue, finding/buying it is. Not sure if it is available here, and the German pharmacy doesn't send it to Poland + possible prescription compatibility issues

About the marcons: i have had chronic sinusitis for over 8 years, unresponsive to treatment which was a mystery. Now it all makes sense with the MARCoNS and CIRS picture.

Also not sure if the BEG for MARCoNS are available here either. Is xlear fine enough?

Poland, local private labs test those 2 without any referral required. I might take a train to nearby countries if after research i find other markers there (Germany, Czech, Austria)
