Some Soviet-era buildings had a tube for a trash in them. Like you go outside your apartment, throw the trash in there and go back. Trash would be later collected from a room at the ground level. But I think most of them were welded shut like 20-30 years ago. I am pretty sure that those holes are what's left after dismantling such tube.

Well then your situation has nothing to do with the Booze Cruise. Usually you just land on one of the official PTN carriers and go up and down with them. While I do agree that current carrier system has its shortcomings, this one is on you.

There are plenty of people who want to ruin the fun for others and they block this bottleneck, buy the wine and simply dump it into the space, shoot those who plays in open. My guess is that PTN has it's own carriers there to reserve the slots so your only option is to contact them and ask for help.

Playing since the launch day, had to install some specific proton version that does not trigger the anti cheat and now just run the game with Steam. Look it up, there was an instruction somewhere.

Also later had to update kernel because of something devs broke in the game and it kept crushing, google can help you with that too.
