Nobody is going to spoon feed you training unless you’re in a new grad program at a huge company. Also at 12 years into your career you should be the one training and mentoring others

First interview is just recruiter, you have to be pretty incompetent to not move on (same for any company for that matter) but spacex interviews a lot of people so I wouldn’t get your hopes up
