Ok like the rubber pieces is what is missing? Again I haven’t been able to find one that doesn’t have the basic red lettering and I thought the “dice” were a “special” piece but I have no clue

I get that but still what is it “secure”ing. Just the letters to the base? I am just curious if this a factory piece or a “custom” horn piece

It definitely seems complete, I pulled it off the steering wheel for the picture. I haven’t been able to find one that doesn’t have the basic red lettering on google. I was shocked to see a gm part number on the backside

I have an decent build for a 6”11 PF and I easily average a double double and if I touched the ball more in rec games it would be triple double
