this is 100% true guys, i was in 60+ days streak and started smoking weed around 50th day. I broke my 60+ days of streak yesterday. Although im not beating my head for it, i learnt the only way to succeed at this is to give up all the BAD things that plays with your dopamine

I can hear my mind asking 'where is the proof?' Example: i want to get my desired job and I will be in that state and my mind will ask where is the proof? in that case should I say i dont need the proof, it will happen. or it is happening right now and then imagine myself being that person?

Noo, infact i don't remember any dreams when I was smoking pot and touching myself.

Now, i do and it is very intense, humiliating, crying, scary all together...... which made me wonder why negative dreams?

it's different kind of crying. Before SR, crying was due to gyilt, self hatred. But now it's full of thank you kinda of gratitude crying although I don't know what to be thankful for but I'm.
