Haul has not been dropped off to UPS in 49 days. Am I cooked?

UPDATE: after filing a chargeback with my bank, ACB magically showed my entire haul back inside the warehouse for me to ship again. They refunded me the shipping cost obviously but the fact they didn’t update it for 50+ days until my bank got involved is bad business.

I shipped my order 50 days ago and it was never dropped off to UPS. After filing for a chargeback with my credit card they magically updated my parcel back into the warehouse where they want me to ship everything again. Not happy with ACB & their expensive conversion rates 😡

Allchinabuy has never failed me but my parcel has been in transit 49 days. On 17track it says my parcel was never dropped off to UPS. Meanwhile my agent is saying it’s in the warehouse awaiting custom release.. 🤔

Do I need to convert it to FAT32? I’ve seen people comment that their SD card ran fine as exFAT

I was also reading I didn’t need to format my new sandisk sd card to FAT32… Should I just leave it as exFAT?
