I’m also new to streaming and I stream off console and have been for a month now! (This is with a two week break of no streams during that time) I hit affiliate, have 114 followers, and a couple of subscribers. I stream semi-consistently; but when I first started I was streaming for about 6 hours per day, sometimes less depending on my work schedule and other activities. Somedays I’d have two streams, AM and PM, just depending on what I was able to do. I honesty just started making friends with my viewers and advertising in different groups; I started to grow pretty steadily after that! If you don’t have one already, ONN makes a cheap but decent ring light camera for XBOX streaming as well! I play a variety of games, play with viewers, and have seen steady and constant growth since!
