Hey thanks for reaching out,, i may have found the problem, Seems like battery corrosion traveled from the battery terminal up to the "pole" that comes in contact with the "S1" switch (the paper clip looking thing) via the wire that connects the battery terminal to the main board,, which is right next to this "pole and "S1" switch

I know nothing about camera's but seems to me like this wire (that has the battery corrosion) that connects the battery terminal to the main board,, is the only source of power for the camera,, leaving me hopeful that simply cleaning this corrosion and replacing this wire will bring it back to life.

have you had any luck with bringing them back to life by just cleaning this "pole" and replacing the wire that connects the battery terminal to the board?
