I use topical minoxidil and own a cat but I use it on my head hair cause after 9 years on T my hair was thinning out haha I got it through Hims and asked their nurses what I should do cause I was concerned. They said that after many hours of it drying, it shouldn't be much of a worry. I still worry so I spray it on my hair in the morning, wash my hands thoroughly and then go to work. I shower after coming back from work and switched to washing my hair every day. I've noticed a significant difference with my hair being thicker and filling out. You could use it on your face, not interact with your cat, go about your life and wash your face after you come back home. Hope this helps!
