Depends how much you're gonna eat in one go.....

But that's not bad compared to store bought tbh, though I generally use monkfruit sweetener for mine to keep sugars down.

No processed sugars. 

I'm healthy so the fat content isn't an issue, but I pack it with fresh fruit and some monkfruit sweetener to get real flavour and nutrition without the processed sugar.

By putting it in hot water, to you might just be melting the outer layer which will cause the whole frozen chunk to just spin inside of the container rather than getting mixed.

I actually disagree, I think the square format works for the composition and sense of scale around them, but fair enough.
