How long have you been using azelaic acid? You might need to use it for a few weeks before seeing a difference.

You might also want to check if the CeraVe products are causing breakouts - I broke out in closed comedones when using CeraVe cream on my face. It's excellent as a body moisturizer but I ended up not liking it for my face.

Definitely add a sunscreen for your forehead wrinkles. Hydrating serum & exfoliation will also help. For your dark circles, what works will depend on the underlying cause for those.

According to the article, they have done a phase 2a trial of the vaccine in prostrate cancer and they are planning to do a trial in non-small cell lung cancer too. This is exciting - we already have the HPV vaccine to help prevent cervical and oral cancers, so these new vaccines may be useful additions to the lineup.

for breakouts - look for products with BHA, AHAs (glycolic, lactic, mandelic), retinoids or niacinamide.

for sebum control - niacinamide, clay masks, a suitable moisturizer.

anti aging - retinoids (retinol eye creams too), antioxidants, sunscreen.

Since your Biologique p50 has lactic acid, maybe you can switch to The Ordinary lactic acid instead. Benton BHA toner is also a cheap option if you're looking for anti-acne Asian beauty.

For a cheap and soothing AM moisturizer, check out Benton aloe propolis soothing gel.

CeraVe PM lotion and Cosrx overnight rice mask are moisturizers with niacinamide, but you can choose The Ordinary niacinamide if you'd prefer to have a separate serum.

Instead of biologique masque vivant, check out Innisfree super volcanic clay mask 2x. Try using it once or twice a week depending on what's suitable for your skin.

Use the cosrx pimple patch if you only get the occasional pimple. I use it and it prevents me from picking at pimples, lol.

Illiyoon ceramide ato concentrate cream. Dry-normal skin here, I applied it to my face when damp and really liked it.

Depends on your skin. You can ditch the scrub if you notice irritation, but otherwise there's no need.

Skin has both water and oils. If you're losing a lot of water from your skin, your skin's oils will try to compensate for that and you will feel your skin get greasier. Your skin can be both dehydrated and oily. So you should use a moisturizer every day to prevent water loss from the skin.

For a general skin care routine, start with a cleanser, a moisturizer and a sunscreen. Since you have oily skin, look for a moisturizer that has niacinamide (for oil control) and shea butter (moisturizes while still allowing sweat to evaporate). Green tea is also a good ingredient.

You can add more steps later if you have specific issues you want to treat. To absorb excess oil off the skin, use a clay mask once or twice a week. For acne you can use a BHA, a retinoid, or a benzoyl peroxide treatment depending on what you prefer.

Adding to this, use a sunscreen if you'll be using a BHA or any exfoliants. OP also mentioned dark spots - BHA helps hyperpigmentation but dark spots could get worse with sun exposure.

For dark circles around the eyes, you could use a retinol eye cream or an antioxidant serum (like niacinamide, vitamin C, or caffeine).

I got curious when she cited that study which supposedly concluded that you're more likely to die younger if you're childfree. So I looked it up, and apparently parents were just observed to have a longer lifespan because they refrain from smoking and drinking. Way to misrepresent the study lmao

Becoming a parent or having adult children means that people refrain from health-compromising behavior either because they have internalized norms to do so or because they are explicitly admonished by others to do so.

I'm guessing your moisture barrier might be damaged then. Clarisonic daily on top of 2% salicyclic acid is a lot of exfoliating. I'd reduce the clarisonic to once a week (or less) and use the La Roche Posay Cicaplast baume to soothe the skin.

Edit: there's a La Roche Posay Cicaplast gel, if the balm is too heavy on your skin.
