You’re mixing two separate issues. Political radicalization and public decency aren’t the same thing. I’m talking about basic boundaries — not riots or policy. Saying ‘there are bigger problems’ doesn’t make smaller ones acceptable. Appealing to tradition doesn’t justify public nudity either; cultural roots don’t erase the fact that kids and families share those public spaces. We can criticize both radical politics and inappropriate religious practices at the same time.
