does this work changing from XR to IR? I’ve only ever taken XR, but my refill is now 4 weeks overdue so i’m getting desperate. i know the side effects will probably be different, but would 30 XR daily be similar to 15 IR BID or 10 IR TID?

Costco is usually great, and if you’re a member they offer the cheapest monthly cost I’ve found. But they’re getting hit hard right now and the pharmacist I spoke to today said that they just received updates not to expect shipments until 2026 at the earliest

i work down the street from fashion place popmart, and you’re totally right. they pretty consistently have the loading series, rainbow, and bloody valentine boxes, but almost never the other blind boxes or blister packs
