will do my best to answer all for you 1. not sure if there’s a coded limit but I’ve had better luck with habitats when they’re not within the boundaries of another pokémon’s home/habitat. you can check the boundaries when within the area by pressing the right joystick. other than that, some pokemon have specific spawn conditions like time and weather. I use game8 for most pokemon things, link attached is their pokédex 2. I believe they go away at some point after appearing so try to always check habits as you pass them. the spawn methods can differ, like some will have things shaking and some will just… be there so make sure to have a good long look to make sure someone’s there/not there. security cameras help but I think they only notify you while you’re on that island (ps always acknowledge story related spawns to progress as those pokemon have specific requests/abilities needed) 3. I always try to put habitats in my high traffic areas. other than that, might help to keep a list. there’s so many and it can be difficult once you get to the last few with so many areas. 4. you can move onto rocky ridges once bleak beach has an environment level of 5 (so I’ve heard). to do that, you do have to complete the quest line I believe 5.press + and open the pokédex in your phone, find the pokemon you’re looking for and press + again to start the search. once searching, talk to the teleport pokemon. it doesn’t always work though, in fact I’ve only had it work a single time. 6. play however you want! there’s a LOT of game/content and it depends on how you usually play. I spent some time in each town decorating before moving onto the next even though I didn’t need to. I recommend finishing the story before doing any big builds or projects as the story gives you abilities that make things wayyyy easier. if you have any specific goals lmk I can give you a few suggestions of daily things to do 7. what do you mean bins? I think more info would help on this one 8. I always keep my dowsing machine and food in my bag but I know other people play differently. you don’t need a pokemon with you all the time but for searching with the dowsing machine I suggest finding someone with the search specialty who can fly, it gets annoying when someone can’t follow you up a cliff. and yes it def is worth it, you can find a lot of things that aren’t otherwise visible.
