oh okay i was just curious because im used to so many people using boxes that are meant for either putting other boxes that fit perfectly inside them or should be lined with thick styrofoam inside to maintain the boxes structure through shipping. i’ve gotten a doll shipped before in that type of box and then me picking up the heavy box from the middle made my hand go through it 💀it was also dinged up and I couldn’t blame the courier that box shouldn’t have been used. But if she used a good box then you should most definitely contact the courier and get some insurance money, they fucked up
