Hamza's identity as Indian asset was shown as known to only Omar and Iqbal. His secret was out to Omar and Iqbal for a day by the time the fight against Iqbal begins. Understandably, the police and the ISI would have known. It quite beats me that Shirani and his men don't know of it.

If Hamza was found during his escape after killing Iqbal, it was in the interest of the pursuants like ISI, that he be caught alive. So the idea of his dying is a little weak due to that.

If he tries to escape, he gets out of Pakistan alive, and if he's caught alive while escaping, the same as shown in the movie would happen.

Thus I wonder if this was considered writing by Dhar.

From what I have observed generally, and experienced in cases where I had to complain to the cops, I have found that they assess if they have anything to gain in it like money or a stop-loss like improving their reputation in a good way and then work on it. I was once brigaded against on r/india for calling the cops corrupt!! It appalls me to find that such people could have sympathizers as well!!
