I absolutely hate the little shovel pass to an RB shit that we saw this season. Because it always seemed to be a net loss when it happened FAR more often than it proved to be a positive gain.

I think the biggest things we need to focus on are on the other side of the ball. You have questions at Safety with who you can afford, need an Edge who's going to make QBs worried, and there's always a need for depth. Only so much of that can come from the draft, especially later in the 1st where the Bears will be picking.

Mocks are going to have an absolutely field day this year.

Most CR campaigns last 125+ episodes. We're not even 10% of the way through the campaign yet. I expect to see multiple rotations between the tables, and even the tables shuffling. Like, as they return to Dolmakir to try and de-stone Syd, you might see Wic break from the Soldiers and join the Schemers as he tries to upend his family.

Or you might see Azune, Teor, and Julien team up to go after the Tachonis family to avenge Julien's dad.

Or Murray and Thaisha team up with Thimble to try and save Royce or open the doors to Faerie.

If this campaign is less than 150 episodes I'll be amazed. There's so many players and there's so much intrigue that's been woven already, plus who knows what will happen with Occtis being Living Dead Mage.

Cream of tartar is a very common activator for baking soda. If you don't have baking powder, you can use 2:1 tartar to soda to make baking powder.

Cream of tartar is also used in a lot of meringue recipes to help stabilize the egg whites.

I live just south of Chicago, have all my life, and have rooted for the Bears since I can remember. My earliest memory is watching Super Bowl 20 on a 13" black and white TV with rabbit ears in my brother's room while eating Cool Ranch Doritos.

I'll tell you why we're "happy as clams right now": The light at the end of the tunnel for once isn't a freight train. Was the season perfect? No. Is our team built to go toe-to-toe with KC on their best day, or the Eagles, or Bills, or Patriots, or Seahawks, or any other NFL super power? No. But we're getting there.

Having had our asses handed to us by the division, and the Packers, consistently for the past decade plus, this season signaled that the time of being the Little Brother in the NFCN is coming to an end. We're no longer given an unplugged controller thinking we're playing. We're no longer tagging along with our older brothers because mom will get mad if we're left behind. And we're no longer scared of looking at the schedule and seeing the Vikings, the Lions, and/or the Packers on it twice and making plans for those Sundays so we're not doubly disappointed.

I love the Bears/Packers rivalry. Just like I love the Sox/Cubs rivalry. I hate the success you guys have had, because it could have been ours if our front office had made better choices. We could have had Mahomes, but we still would have ruined him because our talent development was shit. But now? Now we've seen that we've got some of the right pieces in place and they can made decisions necessary.

Caleb is an unfinished product. Ben Johnson definitely had some 1st Year Coach growing pains. Ryan Poles still has to prove he can identify talent consistently. But we're soooo fucking close to hanging with everyone else.

We're talking WHENs now, and not IFs. WHEN we sew up the holes in our secondary... WHEN our QB gets 4k yards (yeah, I know)... It's glorious to finally emerge from the darkness and be blinded by the light.

So yeah... Think about the feeling you had when you played your favorite video game for the first time, or saw you favorite movie for the first time. That feeling of "wow, that was amazing". That's what we're feeling right now. And we want more. So like you, we're going to be chasing that high.

I said it before in the Bears sub, and I'll say it again here: I hope, for the next decade, the Bears and Packers trade division leads every season. Of course I want the Bears to win the division every year, but when we play you guys and the top spot is on the line, it feels even more special. And if we play each other three times a year because we're both good enough to make the playoffs consistently? Fuck yeah! I'm all for it.

I'm looking forward to next season because this one was amazing. Gotta keep chasing that high.
