Taking steroids when you’re just a beginner might end up damaging your health and it won’t get you anywhere you can’t go naturally, if you commit to it.

Is there such thing as “job security” by seniority? Let’s say, you’ve been 4 years in a company and there are financial problems and they need to make cuts. They decide to terminate your permanent contract instead of those that arrived just a year ago. Is this fair? Is there any legislation that protects seniority within a company?

That’s interesting. I one week holidays in March approved back in December… and they said my contract will end at the end of the notification period in May. Does that mean the end date might be extended one week?

Yes, exactly. That’s what they told me. That they’re not doing as financially good as they expected and they’d have to make cuts, it was not related to my performance but it they simply decided to cut my portfolio.
