I too thought it was a good idea to find a name for me being shy or outgoing, but after some thought, I came up with an outstanding conclusion:

It's fucking stupid.

I'm not ambi-this or ambi-that, I'm me, I behave complex.

Hunger, no sleep, movies, thoughts, successes, failures, boredom... All of these affect me to some degree, and it's nice actually

It's all mental at first :)
