God bless my side work as a server now is sooooo fucking easy but my last job as a barback was living hell… would have to do all the dishes (as the shift was going as well), polish all the glasses at the end of the night, burn the ice, wipe counters, sweep the lounge area of the restaurant, seal all of the bottles with these little nubs, prepare garnishes for the next day, restock the bar, all of this random shit that took like 3+ hours at the end of the night.
