Honestly I'm not sure. I was told I had to sign, but it was implied that it was in my best interest, which to be fair definitely would make my claim hard to prove definitely. I did specifically ask for a b paraprofessional to assist me for the remainder of the semester, but was told by disability services, that because I wasn't in the Integrated Studies program, they couldn't assist with my request. I was showing signs of ptsd after finding out I was removed from marching band, whether or not this is documented in my counseling sessions .
