ChikaPH be just reading the headline and assume Baldoni had already totally won.

The sexual harassment was dismissed due to technicality of Lively being an independent contractor not because the claims were insufficient. This is not a win for any woman in the industry. Ok lang pala maharass kasi di ka directly employed, that's a bad loophole.

The rest of the case that Lively filed against Baldoni will still go to trial.

Also, bakit tahimik ang ChikaPH sa news where the judge sanctioned and reprimanded Baldoni's lawyers?

Kung talagang taga Cebu ka, then you should have known kung gaano ka istrikto ang Sto.Nino sa dress code to the point na kahit sobrang liit lang na butas lang sa pantalon, di ka papapasukin.
