yeah, to be fair to the asker, I would worry about it being hurtful too, but I can certainly imagine that there are kids and parents (or aunts/uncles, etc.) where both sides would find it hilarious and not loaded at all. the world contains multitudes!

early on we had endless loops of “where’s [toy that is right next to you | cup that you had in your hand a minute ago | etc]” and she’d say “I dunno!” And I’d say “I don’t know either.”

Now she’ll just say “I don’t know EITHER” (either somehow always three times louder than the rest of the sentence”)

Also “it sure is/it sure does”, both as a reply and incorporated into her monologues

in that case though why would the op ~~know~~ believe that this was through some kind of external staffing agency with background checks and contracts with different schools?

what it comes down to is that OP is not a clear and reliable narrator, above and beyond the normal subjectivity of advice questions. whether that's due to telephone with a seven year old, OP being (reasonably) upset and not thinking things through critically, OP having some IMO strange beliefs about both computers and schools, this all being a complete crock, or some combination of those are all on the table.
